The Oregon State Fair

It has been a while since we have been to the state fair so we decided to go this year. Since my parents were in town, we met up with Allen's parents and enjoyed a Sunday afternoon at the fair. It turned out to be a warm, sunny day which we were all happy about.

Along with all the "normal" fair things to see and do, this year they had a dinosaur exhibit that we walked through. Connor really likes dinosaurs, especially the T-Rex. It was very educational to read about and see all the dinosaurs and they did a great job of making the dinosaurs look real (for the kids, anyway). Although, Connor did tell his teacher that they were robots! Too funny! After a few hours, us adults were tired and ready to head home. It was a fun day and I'm glad my boys got to spend it with both grandparents!
