It's Christmas Day already! Were did the year go? Today we woke up at 6:30 sharp to see what Santa brought us. Connor was so excited to see his Diego Backpack. He has been talking about this backpack ever since he saw it in a Toys R Us advertisement back in November. He must have been a good boy this year because he got it! After the stockings were empty, Santa and his elf handed out all the gifts. This year it was fun to see how excited Connor was. It reminded me of how excited I was on Christmas morning.
After all the gifts were open and the clean up was complete, we had nice family lunch. It was fun playing games, watching movies and visiting with my aunts, uncles and cousins. But most exciting is that two new additions to the family will come in April and May. Congratulations to Meggan and Jennifer! How exciting to see our family continue to grow.
This year, even though the sun was shinning, it was too cold to play in the snow. The cousins didn't mind, they had fun playing games, Wii games, watching movies and putting together Lego's. Calie and Connor really had a fun time together. I wish we lived closer so they could have more play dates together. Here are some pictures of our fun day.
